Together, we'll refine timelines, review logistics, coordinate vendor details, and make sure nothing is overlooked. This service is ideal for couples who have done much of the planning themselves but would appreciate a professional partner to help tie everything together and ensure a seamless wedding day experience.

Planning Consultation
Sometimes all you need is an experienced sounding board. Planning consultations are perfect for couples seeking advice, vendor recommendations, timeline assistance, etiquette guidance, or help navigating specific planning challenges. Whether you're just getting started or feeling stuck along the way, consultations provide personalized support tailored to your unique celebration.

Event Coordination
Not every meaningful celebration is a wedding. Pine Grace Events offers coordination services for bridal and baby showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, anniversary celebrations, corporate gatherings, fundraisers, and other special occasions. Every event is approached with the same attention to detail, thoughtful planning, and calm presence that allows hosts to enjoy the moment alongside their guests.
